Nebraska, a proceeding entitled IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ALMA D.
HLAVATY, Deceased, No. PR08-~, in which proceeding the following
described real estate is involved:
An undivided one-half interest in: Lots Twenty-three (23) and
Twenty-four (24), Block Five (5), Ingraham's Subdivision of Blocks
Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Sixteen (16) and
Seventeen (17) of Mumaw's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, together
with all rights in the sewer line laid to Lots 21, 23 and 24, and subject
to an agreement to pay one-half of the expenses of maintenance
