ENGEL, Trustee, ALMA D. HLAVATY CREDIT TRUST, GRANTEE, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201), in Adams County, Nebraska:
An undivided one-half interest in: Lots Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24),
Block Five (5), Ingraham's Subdivision of Blocks Twelve (12), Thirteen (13),
Fourteen (14), Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) of Mumaw's Addition to the City
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof,
together with all rights in the sewer line laid to Lots 21, 23 and 24, and subject to
an agreement to pay one-half of the expenses of maintenance and repair of said
line; and
An undivided one-half interest in: The North Half (N'/z) of Lot Twenty-two (22), in
Country Club Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof.

GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the GRANTOR.
