QUITCLAIM DEED
Hastings Utilities, a proprietary function of the City of Hastings, a municipal corpora
of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of an exchange of real estate and c
valuable consideration received from Thalia R. Utecht, a single person, GRANTEE, he:
quitclaims unto the said GRANTEE an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in all its right, title
interest in the real estate described hereinbelow:

A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW '/) of the Northeast Quarter (NE I/
of Section Five (5) of Township Seven North (T7N) of Range Nine West (R9W) in tht
City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, beginning at a point on the Southwest Corne
of Bypass Road Second Subdivis`~ion,~~ac~oyrding to the recorded plat thereof, thence Soutl
along the continuation of the ~e~~~" boundary of the said Bypass Road Seconc
Subdivision a distance of One Hundred Forty-Three and 63/100 Feet (143.63') to a point
