of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of an exchange of real estate and othe
valuable consideration received from Thalia R. Utecht, Carol L. Curry-Fisher and David W
Utecht, Co-Trustees of the. LaMoine W. Utecht Testamentary Trust, GRANTEES, hereb
quitclaims unto the said GRANTEES;~an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in~all its right, title an
interest in the real estate described hereinbelow:
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW '/) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/
of Section Five (5) of Township Seven North (T7N) of Range Nine West (R9W) in thi
City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, beginning at a point on the Southwest Corne
of Bypass Road Second Subdivision, acc rding to the recorded plat thereof, thence Soutl
Sub along the continuation of the Nit1fi'~ boundary of the said Bypass Road Seconc
Subdivision a distance of One Hundred Forty-Three and 63/100 Feet (143.63') to a point
