as Instrument No. 20071747 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska,
which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin J. Faimon, a single
person, and Lawrence J. Faimon and Mary A. Faimon, husband and wife, Trustors, in which
Charter West National Bank is named as Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for Charter West National Bank, Beneficiary, and
which was filed for record on October 25, 2005 as Instrument No. 20055150 in the Office of the
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska concerning the following real estate:
Lots 13 and 14, in Fairfax Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
