WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONALASSOCIATION, successorby consolidationto NorwestBank
Nebraska, National Association, Trustee, under that certain Deed ofTrust executed by Trustor on or about
June 5, 1997, and recorded on June 10, 1997, at Instrument Number 972261, in the Register of Deeds
of Adams County, Nebraska, covering real property described therein as follows:
The West Fifty (W50) feet of Lot Thirty-Nine (39), except the North Twenty-Eight (28)
feet thereof, Kerr's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
A breach of an obligation for which the Real Property was conveyed has occurred in that

be filed in favor of the United States Treasury and Internal Revenue Service;
b. Borrower has ceased operations at the property and is unable to service the
obligations due to Beneficiary; and
b. Trustor has failed to pay prior to delinquency taxes on the Real Property.
2. Said breach must be cured within thirty-one (31) calendar days from the date of this
Notice, and no other breach of an obligation for which the Real Property was conveyed as security shall
have occurred and remain uncured; and

3. That in the event Trustor fails to cure said breach as provided above, the Trustee has
elected to accelerate all sums secured bythe Deed ofTrust that are not yet due, if any, and to sell or cause
to be sold the Real Property to satisfy the obligations of Trustor thereunder.
