REGISTER OF DEEDS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Efrain Sandoval and Maria R. Sandoval; Husband and
Wife ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State
Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated July 20, 2006 and recorded July 21, 2006 as
Instrument No. 20063274 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
See Exhibit "A", which is attached to this Deed of Trust and made a part of this Deed of trust as if
fully set forth herein.
