and Eight Hundred Dollars, executed by Mike F. Poplau and Kim A. Poplau, Husband
and Wife as document #20080438 in the mortgage records of Adams County, and the
debt secured thereby covering the following described real property:
THE SOUTH THREE (S 3) FEET OF LOT NINE (9) AND ALL OF LOT TEN (10), IN
BLOCK TWO (2), IN PARKHILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS,
ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT
THEREOF.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this assignment has been executed this 26th day of
