TRUSTEE RECONVEYANCE DEED
LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF NEBRASKA, TRUSTEE, herein called the grantor, in
consideration of full payment of obligation, does quitclaim., grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
Housing Development Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation herein called the grantee whether one or
more, the following described real property in Adams County, Nebraska:
The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Block Two Alexander's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate
and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 1st day of February, 2007, and recorded as
Instrument Number 2007-0453 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with
Neb. Revs Stat. 76-1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

Trustee's Reconveyance or Deed set forth above. Said note or notes together with all other indebtedness
secured by this Deed of Trust have been paid in full. You as Trustee are hereby directed to reconvey
without warranty, all the estate now held by you under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally
entitled thereto.
