This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 1st day of February, 2007, and recorded as Instrument Number 2007-0453 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with Neb. Revs Stat. 76-1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust. To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
