REGISTER OF DEEDS
David R. Buss and Glenda L. Buss, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state as follows, to-wit:
1. That they are the owners of the following described real estate:
Parcel l: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W%zNW'/a) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Five
(5) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6~' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, AND
Parcel 2: A tract of land located in the East Half (E%z) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Five (5)
North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`a P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly
described as follows: Referring to the East Quarter Corner of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Five (5),
Range Ten (10) West of the 6`b P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said East Quarter Corner being the actual
point of beginning; running thence South 00°29'44" East (assumed bearings) and along the East line of the
Southeast Quarter (SE%) of said Section Thirty-two (32) a distance of 839.00 feet; running thence South
89°54'44" West a distance of 431.76 feet; running thence North O1°14'09" West a distance of 833.11 feet;
running thence North 89°42'34" West a distance of 84.80 feet; running thence North 03°31'40" West a
distance of 463.74 feet; running thence North 56°32'05" East a distance of 146.86 feet; running thence
North 04°29'51" East a distance of 36.39 feet; running thence North 49°10'30" West a distance of 855.61
feet; running thence North 18°35'21" West a distance of 423.37 feet; running thence North 02°36' 17" West
a distance of 333.31 feet; running thence South 89°44'46" East a distance of 1228.01 feet; more or less, to
a point located on the East line of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/<) of said Section Thirty-two (32), Township
Five (5) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6~' P.M., running thence South 00°00'00" East and along the
East line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE`/a) a distance of 1862.00 feet, more or less, to the actual point of
beginning, subject to road right of way on the east
And that they are now in possession thereof.
2. That on Apri12, 1959 an Oil and Gas Lease to A. H. Kottmeyer being recorded June 29, 1959 in
Miscellaneous Book 30, Page 151 in the records of Adams County, Nebraska for a term of "10 years from
this date, and as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them, is produced from said land by the lessee."
3. Affiants state that there has never been any exploration for or production of oil, gas or other minerals
upon said premises.
