David R. Buss and Glenda L. Buss, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of One and
00/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, Robert W.
Vogeler, Trustee of the Robert W. Vogeler Revocable Trust, and Bertha M. Vogeler,
Trustee of the Bertha M. Vogeler Revocable Trust, convey to GRANTEES, each an
undivided'/ interest, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., § 76-
201):
The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W'/zNW'/) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Five
(5) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6°' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, AND
A tract of land located in the East Half (E'/2) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Five (5)
North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6"' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said tract being more
particularly described as follows: Referring to the East Quarter Corner of Section Thirty-two
(32), Township Five (5), Range Ten (10) West of the 6"' P.M., dams County, Nebraska, said
East Quarter Corner being the actual point of beginning; running thence South 00°29'44" East
(assumed bearings) and along the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/) of said Section Thirty-
two (32) a distance of 839.00 feet; running thence South 89°54'44" West a distance of 431.76
feet; running thence North O1°14'09" West a distance of 833.11 feet; running thence North
89°42'34" West a distance of 84.80 feet; running thence North 03°31'40" West a distance of
463.74 feet; running thence North 56°32'05" East a distance of 146.86 feet; running thence North
04°29'51" East a distance of 36.39 feet; running thence North 49°10'30" West a distance of
855.61 feet; running thence North 18°35'21" West a distance of 423.37 feet; running thence

a distance of 1862.00 feet, more or less, to the actual point of beginning, subject to road right of

GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
GRANTORS:
(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
