KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Linda D Hall and Terry L Hall, Wife and Husband
("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank,
the beneficiary, named therein, dated August 14, 2001 and recorded August 16, 2001 as
Instrument No. 20013998 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
Lot 35-Country Club Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the
recorded plat thereof
