The Master Deed which created the HASTINGS MEDICAL PARK CONDOMINIUM upon the real property (excluding the real property removed by the Second Amendment to Master Deed and Declaration of Covenants) described on Exhibit A attached hereto, is amended as follows: a. Unit 104 is hereby subdivided consistent with the provisions of Section 10.(d) of the Master Deed as indicated on the amended Plats and Plans attached hereto as Exhibit B as follows: i. There shall be a Unit 104A as described on the amended Plats and Plans attached hereto as Exhibit B which shall be an office area; ii. There shall be a Unit 104B as described on the amended Plats and Plans attached hereto as Exhibit B which shall provide access to Unit 106 of the Hastings Medical Park Condominium as described in the Master Deed north of the existing door; and iii. There shall be a Unit 104C as described on the amended Plats and Plans attached hereto as Exhibit B which shall provide access to Unit 106 of the Hastings Medical Park Condominium as described in the Master Deed south of the existing door. b. The ownership of the common elements, the ownership of the common stock of Hastings Medical Park Condominium Association, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, and the obligation to pay the assessments associated therewith are hereby amended to be as described in Exhibit C attached hereto. c. The total square feet of 3,577 of Unit 104 in the Master Deed shall be allocated as follows: Unit104A-3,234 square feet; Unit 104B-208 square feet; and Unit 104C-135 square feet. The foregoing shall constitute the exact dimensions of Units 104B and 104C as determined consistent with the Consents and Waiver of Notice attached hereto.
