WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated September 17, 2007, executed by Zachary J. Augustyn and Bobbi L. Augustyn,
husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary,
and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument # 20074220 on the 20th day of September, 2007, and
WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:
Lot 2, in Block 1, Lochland Country Club Subdivision No. 4, in the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska,
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as:
1616 Highland Drive, Hastings, NE
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 21st day of February, 2008.
