PARTIAL -RELEASE OF MORTGAGE-CORPORATION
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the Adams County Bank hereby releases
the mortgage made to Adams County Bank by David R. Switzer, a single person on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot Four (4), Blue River Subdivision, a replat of Lots 1200 and 1021, Original
Town, now Village of Juniata, Adams County, Nebraska, which is recorded in
Instrument # 20072372, of real estate mortgages, of the Records of the County of
Adams, and State of Nebraska.
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Mortgage, together with all
buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land,
shall remain subject to the Mortgage.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Adams County Bank has caused these
presents to be executed by John Hohlen its Executive Vice President and its
Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this ~ day of , 2008.
