DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
Adams County Bank
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
David R. Switzer, A Single Person to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of
Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being dated 23rd
day of December, 2004 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of
County, Nebraska on December 04, 2004, as instrument #20046407, has been paid, and
said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lot Four (4), Blue River Subdivision, a replat of Lots 1200 and 1021, Original
Town, now Village of Junaita, Adams County, Nebraska.
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
