Metropolitan Federal BAnk, FSB as Beneficiary,
Eric H Lindquist as Original Trustee,
filed for record on 01/12/1995 and recorded, Document No. 950166 in the office of the Register of Deeds
of the County of Adams, Nebraska, in consideration of performance in full by the said Trustor s of all
obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said
Trustor s the following described real estate, to-wit:
LOT 2, SWINGLE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA
HEREBY CANCELING AND SATISFYING SAID DEED OF TRUST.
Such Reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of
record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
