DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated July 19, 2006, executed, by CARLOS OLIVAS and AIDA R OLIVAS; HUSBAND
AND WIFE in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska Instrument No 20063303 on the 24T" day of JULY, 2006.

WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
THE NORTH HALF (N '/z) OF THE WEST EIGHTEEN (W 18) FEET OF LOT TWENTY-
SIX (26), AND THE NORTH HALF (N '/Z) OF LOT TWENTY-SEVEN (27), COUNTRY
CLUB ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 25th day of February, 2008.
