Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from ]ulie A.
Vanderpool and Dale K. Vanderpool Trustor(s) for the benefit of Argent Mortgage
Company, LLC dated June 5, 2004 and filed June 17, 2004 at Inst. No. 20043150 in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
The South 48.5 feet of the North 324 feet of the West 203 feet of the East 236
feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 7
North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska.
