FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust executed by Michael E. Theis and Kristy L Theis Husband and Wife as
Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of
February 1ti, 2004 and recorded February 24, 2004 in the office oi' the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 20040908 has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED FIVE (S 105) FEET OF THE EAST TWENTY-NINE (E 29) FEET
OF LOT THREE (3) AND THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED FIVE (S 105) FEET OF LOT FOUR

COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
