REGISTER OF DEEDS
MARILYN K. FITZKE and ROBERT L. FITZKE, Wife and Husband,
GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE
CONSIDERATION, conveys to GRANTEE, LARRY D. STROMER, Trustee of
the Larry D. Stromer Revocable Trust Agreement, an undivided one-
fourth interest; and DORIS E. STROMER, Trustee of the Doris E.
Stromer Revocable Trust Agreement, an undivided one-fourth
interest the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
Rev. Stat. 76-201):
The Northeast Quarter (NE1/) of Section Twelve (12),
Township Five (5) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
P.M, Adams County, Nebraska.
GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one)
with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free
from encumbrances except for easements and restrictions of
record;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against
the lawful claims of all persons.
