KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Cimarron Plaza, L.L.C.,,
a Nebraska limited liability company, to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 14, 2005, and recorded
April 15, 2005, as Instrument No. 20051625, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, has been
paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the
interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only
as to such premises:
Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5; Cimarron Meadows Third Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
