RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
IN CONSIDERATION of payment in full of the debt named therein, the undersigned TierOne Bank, a United States
Corporation, hereby releases the Assignment of Leases and Rents dated April 14, 2005, made by and between Cimarron
Plaza, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("Borrower") and TierOne Bank ("Lender") on the following
described property:

Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
which was recorded April 15, 2005, as Instrument No. 20051626, of Official Records, Adams County, State of
Nebraska.
