NOTICE OF DEFAULT. 10298
The undersigned is the Trustee under a Trust Deed executed by
,Willard Bunde and Helen G Bunde, husband and wife, as Trustors on
April 25, 2005, in whicYl Five Point Bank of Hastings, was named as
~i~ Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 1,
2006 at Instrument No. 20061905 in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned
to Washington Mutual Bank, FA on April 25, 2006 and recorded on May
1, 2006 at Insturment No. 20061906 in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska.
Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for
which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the
nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt
payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby
notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by
said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the
date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor
may make payment to Washington Mutual Bank of the amount needed to
bring this obligation current. Trustor may reinstate after
acceleration and may bring a court action to assert the non-

acceleration and sale.
Further notice is given that because of such default the
undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust
property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust
property affected is as follows:
Beginning 33.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of the
Southwest quarter (SW 1/,) of Section 15, Township 5 North,
Range 10 West of the Sixth P.M., Adams County, Nebraska;
running thence North 450.42 feet; thence East parallel to

the South Section line 208.71 feet; thence South,
parallel to highway right-of-way 450.42 feet to the South
Section line; and thence West on said section line 208.71
