A tract of land in Adams County, Nebraska described as follows: Starting 257
feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 12
West, Adams County, NE, thence 208 feet East; thence 302 South; thence 208
feet West; thence 302 feet North to point of beginning, ~ ~} Ida
subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
GRANTORS have determined that GRANTEES are the persons entitled to
distribution of the real estate from said Estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES
that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
