FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by LLOYD DON BROWN II AND MARY E
BROWN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and
Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of
February 14, 2000, and recorded February 23, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20000745 has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), IN MOWERY AND MCNAUL'S SUBDIVISION OF
BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), OF MUMAW'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS,
ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
