I, Chrisella Lewis, County Clerk in and for the County of Adams, State of Nebraska, do hereby certify that
the following is a true and correct excerpt taken from the minutes of the meeting of the Adams County
Board of Supervisors held on January 8, 2008 as the same appears of record in my office. The meeting was
advertised in the Hastings Tribune and held in open session.
Motion by Saathoff, seconded by Neumann to approve the release of the following properties from County
Industrial Areas in 20% increments for 2008 as follows: ECHO Company, first 20%; L & H Manufacturing,
first 20%; Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., second 20%; Eaton Corporation, second 20%; Nebraska Cold Storage,
second 20%; Van Diest Supply Company, second 20%; and AGP, third 20%. Roll call, ayes: Kehoe,
Larson, Neumann, Hynes, Orthmann, Saathoff and Woodman. Nays, none. Complete legal description on
file at the Register of Deeds and County Clerk's offices.

A tract of land being part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hastings Industrial Park West Subdivision
located in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 14, Township 7 North, Range 10
West of the 6"' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Hastings Industrial Park West
Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska, said corner also being on the North Right - of -
Way line of Park West Drive: Thence N 00°24'45" W (assumed bearing) along the West
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 125.50 feet; Thence N 89°35'15" E along a line parallel
with the said North Right - of -Way line (extended) a distance of 213.95 feet more or
less to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 1, said Southeasterly line also being
the Northwesterly Right - of -Way line of said Park West Drive; Thence S 30°00'00" W
along said Right - of -Way line a distance of 99.84 feet to a point on a curve to the
Northwest; Thence Southwesterly along said curve (chord bearing and distance of S
59°47'38" W for 79.29 feet) an Arc distance of 79.79 feet; Thence S 89°35'15" W along
said Right - of -Way line a distance of 94.60 feet to the Point of Beginning.
