1, Chrisella Lewis, County Clerk in and for the County of Adams, State of Nebraska, do hereby certify that
the following is a true and correct excerpt taken from the minutes of the meeting of the Adams County
Board of Supervisors held on January 8, 2008 as the same appears of record in my office. The meeting was
advertised in the Hastings Tribune and held in open session.
Motion by Saathoff, seconded by Neumann to approve the release of the following properties from County
Industrial Areas in 20% increments for 2008 as follows: ECHO Company, first 20%; L & H Manufacturing,
first 20%; Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., second 20%; Eaton Corporation, second 20%; Nebraska Cold Storage,
second 20%; Van Diest Supply Company, second 20%; and AGP, third 20%. Roll call, ayes: Kehoe,
Larson, Neumann, Hynes, Ortlunann, Saathoff and Woodman. Nays, none. Complete legal description on
file at the Register of Deeds and County Clerk's offices.

A tract of land in Lot 1, Block 1, Industrial Part North Subdivision No. 2 in the North Half
(N1/2) of Fractional Section 31, Township 8 North, Range 9 West of the 6~' P.M., Adams
County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
Referring to the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Industrial Park North Subdivision No. 2 in
the North Half (N1/2) of Fractional Section 31, Township 8 North, Range 9 West of the 6t1'
P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said Corner also being the point of intersection of the East Right
- of -Way line of Yost Avenue and the South Right - of -Way line of East 39a' Street and also
on a 1,331.20 foot radius curve to the West; Thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 1
and the Arc of said curve (chord bearing, assumed, and distance being S 00°29'23" W for 23.44
feet) a distance of 23.44 feet to the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING; Thence S 77°28'42" E a
distance of 599.81 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 1, said point being on a
2,814.79 foot radius curve to the West; Thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot 1 and
the Arc of said curve (chord bearing and distance being S 08°57'12" W for 45.96 feet) a distance
of 45.96 feet; Thence N 77°28'42" W a distance of 594.15 feet more or less to a point on the
West line of said Lot 1, said point also being on the East Right - of -Way line of said Yost
Avenue and also on a 1,331.20 foot radius curve to the West; Thence Northerly along the West
line of said Lot 1 and the Arc of said curve (chord bearing and distance being N O1°59'53" E for
46.65 feet) a distance of 46.65 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
