REGISTER OF DEEDS
I, Chrisella Lewis, County Clerk in and for the County of Adams, State of Nebraska, do hereby certify that
the following is a true and correct excerpt taken from the minutes of the meeting of the Adams County
Board of Supervisors held on January 8, 2008 as the same appears of record in my office. The meeting was
advertised in the Hastings Tribune and held in open session.
Motion by Saathoff, seconded by Neumann to approve the release of the following properties from County
Industrial Areas in 20% increments for 2008 as follows: ECHO Company, first 20%; L & H Manufacturing,
first 20%; Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., second 20%; Eaton Corporation, second 20%; Nebraska Cold Storage,
second 20%; Van Diest Supply Company, second 20%; and AGP, third 20%. Roll call, ayes: Kehoe,
Larson, Neumann, Hynes, Orthmann, Saathoff and Woodman. Nays, none. Complete legal description on
file at the Register of Deeds and County Clerk's offices.
