PALSER AND AMY M PALSER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary,
dated October 30, 2002 , and recorded October 30, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
ADAMS County, NE , in Book XXX ,Page XXX /as Instrument No. 20025860 /on
Microfilm Roll No. ,has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons
entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
following described premises, but only as to such premises:
LOT 1 OF GEDNEY COURT PARK SUB-DIVISION OF LOT 3 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, COLLEGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS AND ALSO THE

TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAM5 COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
premises.
