DOROTHY L. BABCOCK, A Single Person, Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by ,
as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated
as of October 15, 2003, and recorded October 21, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20037691 has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
