FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by TERRY L. GARNER and LYNDA R.
GARNER, Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of July 12,
2007, and recorded .July 12, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument #20073085 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
