STEPHEN F. GLASSEY, Trustee of the MARION L. GLASSEY REVOCABLE TRUST created June
18, 1998, pursuant to .the terms of said trust, GRANTOR, in consideration of one dollar and other
valuable consideration received from DAVID O. PETERSON AND MARGARET C. PETERSON,
husband and wife, GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES as joint tenants and not as tenants in
common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
The East Fifty Feet (E 50') of the South One Hundred Thirty-five Feet (S 135') of Lot
Five (5), in Block Eight (8), College Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the GRANTOR.
