The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BRUCE A. BARTOS and
THERESA A. BARTOS, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 1233 N. Bellevue, Hastings,
Nebraska 68901, as Trustor, to David H. Fisher, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings,
Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Hastings Economic Development Corporation, a
Nebraska Corporation, 606 West 5th Street, Hastings, NE 68901, Hastings Corporation, a Nebraska
Corporation, 606 West 5th Street, Hastings, NE 68901, and Central Community College Foundation,
2727 West 2"a Street, Suite 211, Hastings, NE 68901, as Beneficiaries, recorded in the Office of the
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, on January 9, 2004, as Instrument No. 20040132, has
been reduced, and the Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In consideration of such debt reduction and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiaries, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title,
interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Lot Two (2), Jacobi's Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
