REGISTER OF DEEDS
SHEILA I. WINSLOW, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of one dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from ROBERT E. THOMPSON and TAMERA
J. THOMPSON, GRANTEES, convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. X76-201):
The West Half (W/2) of Lot Seventeen (17) EXCEPT the North Ten
Feet (N 10') thereof, in the Village of Kenesaw, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; but
subject to easements, covenants, and other limitations of record;
2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
