WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made by and
between JULIE A. FLEMING and.STEPHEN E. FLEMING, as Trustor, Arthur R.
Langvardt as Trustee for Beneficiary, VICKI ANN BECKER, and recorded on May 1,
1991, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as
Instrument No. 911389, has been paid; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested that all the property held by the
Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the
person or persons entitled thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee does hereby reconvey,
without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and
interest held by the Trustee under the above described Deed of Trust in the
following described real estate:
Lot Twenty-nine (29), Block Two (2), Hastings Heights Subdivision,
an addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by
said Deed of Trust, and by these presents, said Deed of Trust is hereby fully
and absolutely re~lJeased, canceled ~anld'~`fonrever discharged.
