Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
LEROY H KAUTZ JR A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack,
Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 22, 2007
and recorded SEPTEMBERS, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument 20073984 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
such premises:

THE NORTH FORTY-TWO (N 42) FEET OF LOT TWENTY'-ONE (21) AND ALL OF LOT
TWENTY-TWO (22) KENT'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
COUNTY, NEBRASKA ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
premises.
