EDMONDSON HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank
and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of
April 19, 2002, and recorded April 23, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20022188 has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
