EGON REISEL and LOIS REISEL a/k/a LOIS J. REISEL, husband and wife, Grantors, for
sufficient consideration, convey to Grantee, LOIS J. REISEL, as TRUSTEE of THE LOIS J.
REISEL REVOCABLE TRUST, or any duly qualified successor Trustee thereof, pursuant to a
written Trust Agreement dated June 9, 1997, as amended, the following described real estate (as
defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-201):
The Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township
Five (5) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Adams
County, Nebraska.
Grantors covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with Grantee that Grantors:
(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
easements and restrictions of record;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
