REGISTER OF DEEDS
DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gary W. Barth, a
single person as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor
to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. as a result of an acquisition and name change , as Beneficiary,
dated as of January 29, 2003 and recorded on March 25, 2003, Instrument number 20031896 in the
Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto
the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now
held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein
by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
Deed of Trust.
Property:
Unit 102, of the Hastings Medical Park Condominium, City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, as
described in a Master Deed recorded on December 29, 1995, as Instrument No. 954896 in the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska. `~
