Subdivision #2, except parcels deeded to Adams County for road purposes and
except the Biehl Subdivision, a tract described in a deed recorded in Deed Book
189, Page 498, of Section Four (4), Township Seven (7) North, Range Ten (10)
West of the 6t~~ P.M., Adams County, Nebraska
Certificate Of Exemption: The undersigned certifies that the transfer of the property referred to
herein is made under such circumstances as to come within Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-902(4) and that
evidence supporting the exemption is maintained by the undersigned and is available for
inspection by the Nebraska Department of Revenue.
