FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION. Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by RBM Investments of
Hastings-West, Inc. a Nebraska Corporation , as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and
Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of November 5,
2002 and recorded November 8, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument No. 20026083 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
