NEBRASKA FULL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States (hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagee"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of New York, hereby
acknowledges that a certain Mortgage dated 12th day of August, 1993, made and executed by
David A. Burr Revocable Trust dated may 29, 1992; Janet R. Burr, Not Personally but as trustee
under the provisions of the Janet R. Burr Revocable Trust dated May 29, 1992; David A. Burr
and Janet R. Burr, husband and wife, to Mortgagee recorded 12th day of August, 1993, in the
office of the Recording Officer of Adams County, Nebraska as document no. 933373 of the
records of said County, encumbering the following described land, to wit:

is redeemed, paid off, satisfied and discharged in full, and it hereby releases the Mortgage and
consents that the same be cancelled and discharged of record, by the Recording Officer
thereunto duly authorized by these presents.
WHEREAS, "The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States" changed its
name to "AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company" by simple name change effective September
7, 2004; and
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Mortgagee has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be
affixed and these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer this January 4, 2008.

for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned.
