REGISTER OF DEEDS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust executed by Ray A. Bonifas & Sherri Bonifas, Husband and
Wife, as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of the Beneficiary,
dated as of June 29, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska as Instrument No.,20052939, has requested that this Deed of Partial
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
The Western Two-Thirds of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section Seven (7), Township Six (6) North, Range Eleven (11),
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land,
shall remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
