due for more than thirty (30) days after demand for payment was
received by Trustor. The Trustee has elected to sell the real
estate which is covered by both Deeds of Trust to satisfy the
obligations.

Svoboda 3rd Subdivision, a tract of land in
the North Half (N~) of Fractional Section
Eighteen (18), Township Eight (8) North,
Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
plat thereof, subject tc the road right-of-
way on the North.
