affection, conveys to MARJORIE J. SNELLER, Trustee of the Dr. Robert C. Sneller and
Marjorie J. Sneller Family Trust dated May 16, 2006, GRANTEE, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. X76-201):
The West Half (W/2) of Lot Two (2), Block Seven (7), College Addition to the City
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska;
GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
