RELEASE OF MORTGAGE-CORPORATION
IN CONSIDERATION of payment of the debt named therein, the Adams County
Bank hereby releases the mortgage made to Adams County Bank by Henry O. Wilson
and Velda R. Wilson, Husband and Wife on the following described real estate, to-wit:
The East 240 feet of the South half of the South 10 acres of that part of the NE '/4 of
the SW '/4 of Section 34, Township 8 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Adams
County, Nebraska lying South of Spruce Street in Second Addition to Kenesaw
which is recorded in Instrument #20015459, of real estate mortgages, of the Records of
the County of Adams, and State of Nebraska.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Adams County Bank has caused these
presents to be executed by John Hohlen its Executive Vice President and its Corporate
Seal to be affixed hereto this 15th day of January, 2008.
