THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Darwin A Kroll and Diane C Kroll, Husband & Wife, to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named therein, said Deed of
Trust being dated February 16, 1998, and recorded in the office of the County Register
of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on March 4th, 1998, as Instrument Number
19980993, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
NOW, .THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following
described premises, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Eight (8) North,
Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska
TOGETHER. with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
