Seely, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, on September 9, 2003 as Instrument No. 20036605, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: LOT 123, RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said indebtedness.
