REGISTER OF DEEDS
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated October 17, 2006, executed by RA~'MOND A 80NiFAS and SHERRI L
BONIFAS; HUSBAND AND WIFE in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as
Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska Instrument No 20064716 on the 19th day of October,
2006.

WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
The Western Two-Thirds of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M.,
Adams County, Nebraska
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 15th day of January, 2008.
